A star Division 1 baseball player, Troy has always appreciated the power of teamwork, ethics, discipline and resiliency. “That is why Kentwood is my best fit. Their agents take accountability and pride in everything they set out to do.”

After relocating to Colorado in 2011, Troy entered the property management industry, overseeing 300-700 units. He learned to nurture relationships and create his own value instead of being subjected to a corporation's misconception of his worth, which led to a passion for real estate. In just three years as a licensed broker, he has accumulated five-star ratings and accolades, including Homesnap’s “Most Prominent Agent Award.” He is a designated Realtor® and a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors®, the Colorado Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.

Clients describe Troy as knowledgeable, attentive, easy to work with and generous. “I want my clients to have the best strategy to achieve their goals. If a young couple wants their dream home, I know their budget is real, not just some digits in a spreadsheet.” From negotiating the purchase contract to supervising the closing, Troy takes care of everything his clients need. Just reminding them of the value of staging the home, making repairs or painting the walls can make all the difference.

The secret to Troy’s success is hardly a secret. Being a Realtor® takes focus, insight and hustle. “We all have the same data, but not everyone has the same drive, whether selling or buying.” It’s easy to assume the offers will just come. “It isn't about the paycheck to me; it is about creating a truly memorable experience.”

Specializing in Metro Denver and surrounding mountain communities, Troy couldn’t be more passionate about living in Evergreen. “It’s a special community. Is there any nicer place in CO to call home?” On weekends he and his wife Jessica are juggling their children Saavy, Lola and Broxton. “Becoming a father has been the most rewarding adventure of my life. They continue to teach me life lessons daily.” Troy is an avid sports fan, dotes on his English Bulldog, Geronimo, and enjoys taking in Colorado from his motorcycle, golfing and attending live concerts. Not to mention gathering his backyard chickens’ farm-fresh eggs.
